About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPC Site Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress.
• Utilize ERP systems for project management and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in electrical construction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and safety protocols.
• Proficient in ERP systems and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
