About the Role

We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Software Engineer (Remote) to join our team at Lensa. As an Entry Level Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop software solutions that meet operational specifications.
• Analyze software requirements and formulate effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to participate in code drops and ensure quality delivery.
• Test and debug software to ensure optimal performance.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills as an Entry Level Software Engineer.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred (relevant certifications may be accepted).
• Experience through internships, co-ops, or significant school projects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with PLM and automation tools like GIT and Ansible.
• Experience with embedded systems software design.
• Accountability and a proactive approach to task completion.
