What You'll Do

• Audit and rebuild the recruiting funnel for a world-class candidate experience.
• Enhance employer branding to attract top-tier talent.
• Strategically set up a scalable talent organization.
• Implement AI tools to automate HR processes.
• Map and improve key milestones in the employee journey.
• Manage onboarding logistics and ensure compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks in current people processes and propose solutions.
• Work closely with leadership and experienced founders.
