About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager - Transparency remote to join Anchorage Digital, a leader in the crypto space. As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the healthy growth of our engineering organization and support our mission to build the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product investments and ensure alignment with team capabilities.
- Influence team growth, retention, and hiring processes to build a high-performance engineering team.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a distributed engineering team.
- Strong background in building robust, high-performance distributed applications.
- Ability to tackle complex architectural problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience with programming languages such as Go, Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
