EMEA Account Executive - Voice AI Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a talented EMEA Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Deepgram. As an EMEA Account Executive focused on voice AI solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the rapidly expanding voice AI market. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the EMEA region while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
What You'll Do
- Self-prospect to build a robust sales pipeline of new logos, consistently striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), to generate meetings and ensure sales effectiveness.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the voice AI space, competition, and Deepgram products to effectively articulate our value proposition to highly technical buyers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, working with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive upsell opportunities and manage existing accounts.
- Utilize your sales expertise to drive a consistent and repeatable sales process, adapting based on successful strategies from other representatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical full-cycle sales role, ideally within the AI or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build your own pipeline from scratch and successfully close accounts.
- Consistent overachievement against sales targets in previous roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Challenger or Triangle sales methodologies.
- Experience selling to a technical audience in a similar space.
- Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Dutch.
