What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and execute high-converting email marketing strategies tailored for D2C e-commerce.
• Set up, optimize, and manage automated email flows and campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine email strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
• Ensure an engaging customer journey through targeted communication and personalized outreach.

Requirements

• Proven track record in email marketing for D2C e-commerce brands.
• Expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in email marketing metrics.
• Ability to work independently and drive results effectively.
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools to enhance email marketing efforts.
• At least two client references to validate your expertise.
