About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Test Engineer to join our team. What You'll Do

• Design and enhance test systems and setups to ensure robust testing procedures.
• Translate customer and internal specifications into effective test solutions.
• Diagnose faults down to the component level, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Support production with hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Program and maintain test systems to improve efficiency and documentation.
• Act as a technical reference for test and diagnostics, guiding team members.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve real engineering challenges.
• Influence test strategy and process improvements to enhance product reliability.

Requirements

• Background in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Experience in electronic testing, diagnostics, or production engineering.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and similar tools.
• Strong fault-finding skills at the circuit and component level.
• Exposure to automated testing, Python/C#, or PCB tools is a plus.
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance or able to obtain it.
