Electromechanical Technician (Remote Work Available)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician to join our team at Konecranes. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while being part of a global leader in material handling solutions. As an Electromechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of lifting equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and upgrades on cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults accurately and efficiently.
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding repairs and improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, technical office, and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify sales opportunities during service visits.
• Complete required technical documentation accurately.

Requirements

• Technical training in electromechanics or a related field.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical faults, wiring, and commissioning.
• Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot industrial machinery.
• Experience with cranes and forklifts is a plus.
• Physical capability to work at heights.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to safety.

• Experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
