About the Role

We are seeking a talented Electrical Test Engineer to join our team remotely. This role is essential for troubleshooting and enhancing electrical test systems within a leading manufacturing organization based near Waverly, NE. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve electrical test systems.
  • Supervise the design, deployment, and qualification of specified test equipment.
  • Update schematics and upgrade systems to enhance performance.
  • Conduct thermal calibration on circuit breakers.
  • Perform testing and evaluation on circuit breakers to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Provide technical support to production lines regarding electrical test sequences.
  • Create training documents for technicians to facilitate troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Controls/Automation.
  • At least five (5) years of electrical testing experience in an electronics manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using electrical testing software.
  • Familiarity with system design software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, and C#.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits including digital, analog, power, and high voltage.
