About the Role

At Moon Magic, we’re more than just a jewelry brand — we’re a global, 100% online-based boutique that brings authentic, ethically sourced gemstone jewelry to customers around the world. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Ecommerce Product Launch Manager (Shopify) remote to lead the coordination of ecommerce product launches across our Shopify store. You’ll be the key driver ensuring launches happen on time, details don’t slip, and cross-functional teams stay aligned.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-end project management of product launches, from pre-launch planning to post-launch wrap-ups.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Content, and Finance teams to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain launch blueprints, checklists, and SOPs — ensuring each launch is organized and nothing gets missed.
  • Create and maintain project timelines and drive accountability with internal + external collaborators.
  • Track progress, spot roadblocks, and solve problems before they become bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate updates in Shopify — product listings, assets, pricing, etc.
  • Run weekly check-ins and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in ecommerce or DTC brand project management (Shopify experience required).
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and love a good checklist.
  • Comfortable working across teams and nudging people without being annoying.
  • Take ownership seriously — if you’re in charge of it, it gets done.
  • Think logically, plan ahead, and bring solutions instead of problems.
  • Can stay calm under pressure and keep others grounded during crunch time.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments where things shift quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other ecommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
