About the Role

We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance customer experiences and streamline service processes. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage customer interactions and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide expert support for the Copilot Service Workspace and Channel Integration Framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in B2C environments, particularly in healthcare or insurance verification.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
