Dutch Customer Support Specialist - Freelance Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a freelance remote basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional support services to our client base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Dutch Customer Support Specialist, you will leverage your experience in call centers and direct customer service to autonomously resolve inquiries and de-escalate complex issues.
What You'll Do
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Utilize expert communication skills to de-escalate high-tension scenarios and provide accurate solutions.
- Achieve service metrics for First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Document interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the designated CRM or ticketing system.
- Work independently to execute customer service workflows and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Fluent in Dutch with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with omnichannel support strategies.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
