About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Revenue & Reservations remote to join our team at Alila Kothaifaru Maldives. This role is pivotal in shaping the resort’s commercial success and enhancing guest experiences. As the strategic architect of our revenue vision, you will oversee pricing, distribution, and forecasting with precision, ensuring our brand's integrity through insightful decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Lead the resort’s overall commercial strategy to drive total profit optimization.
• Foster a culture of revenue management that is fully understood and integrated into daily operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to property leadership, corporate teams, and ownership.
• Develop accurate short- and long-term forecasts through analytical insights and market awareness.
• Oversee the annual budget and long-range planning processes with strategic guidance.
• Analyze economic trends, demand patterns, and competitive intelligence to shape forward-looking commercial strategies.
• Design and manage pricing and distribution strategies across all channels while safeguarding rate integrity and brand alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading Revenue Management in a luxury property.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a refined, professional presence.
• Strong organizational ability and agility in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• A natural collaborator with the ability to inspire and influence.
