About the Role

MURAL is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Product Management - Admin & Security to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings, specifically focusing on admin and security features. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and security.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product management team in defining the vision and strategy for admin and security features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management and security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on admin and security products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Familiarity with security standards and best practices in software development.
• Passion for building user-centric products that solve real problems.

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
