About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Payroll Customer Services - Remote to lead our payroll operations and customer service initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of payroll services, ensuring compliance with global payroll best practices while enhancing customer satisfaction. What You'll Do

• Lead the payroll customer services team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational support.

• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for payroll operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and best practices.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Manage the integration of payroll systems, including SAP and other HR technologies.
• Foster team development through training and mentorship programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll management or customer service leadership.
• Proven track record in managing payroll operations and customer success.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and operational support.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and payroll software.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the SaaS industry.

• ITIL certification.
