Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll management or customer service leadership.
- Proven track record in managing payroll operations and customer success.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and best practices.
- Experience with data analysis and operational support.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and payroll software.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
