About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing Capabilities and Operations - Remote to lead our marketing initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the commercial foundation of our organization while working in a fully remote environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our first commercial launches and drive marketing strategies that enhance patient experience and engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing capabilities and operations strategies to ensure successful product launches.
  • Oversee budget management, data analytics, and KPI management to optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with thought leaders and healthcare professionals to enhance promotional medical education and HCP marketing efforts.
  • Utilize tools such as Veeva PromoMats, PowerBI, and Excel to analyze data and drive marketing decisions.
  • Manage the martech stack, including CRM systems and HubSpot, to streamline campaign management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and commercial launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with budget management and performance incentive plans.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with patient experience initiatives and operations management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical marketing.
