About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Leadership Development to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that develop leadership capabilities across all levels of the organization. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of leadership competencies and skills needed for success at all levels.
  • Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and innovative learning technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
