About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Leadership Development to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that develop leadership capabilities across all levels of the organization. This position focuses on identifying high-potential talent, building leadership pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous leadership growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with organizational priorities.
  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative leadership development programs, including workshops, mentorships, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Manage and coordinate leadership coaching and mentoring programs to enhance leader effectiveness.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their vision and challenges, ensuring alignment with leadership development initiatives.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage learning technologies to enhance the delivery and scalability of leadership development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of leadership competencies and skills needed for success at all levels.
  • Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and innovative learning technologies.

Nice to Have
