About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead our dynamic team at Hyatt in Bangkok. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all food and beverage outlets operate successfully and profitably while adhering to the hotel’s high standards. As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our food and beverage services.

What You'll Do

• Function as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department.
• Ensure all outlets and events are aligned with the corporate strategy and operational standards.
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
• Maximize productivity through multi-skilling and flexible scheduling to meet financial goals.
• Prepare and update the Annual Marketing Plan to enhance brand awareness and competitiveness.
• Monitor operations during peak periods and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards according to ISO22000 guidelines.
• Lead recruitment and training efforts to develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations within luxury or international hotel brands.
• Proven track record managing multiple restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading large, multicultural teams.
• Excellent knowledge of global food trends and luxury service standards.
• Ability to manage guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing large-scale events and VIP hospitality.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
