Director of E-Commerce - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of E-Commerce - Remote to lead our digital commerce strategy and drive growth in our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. What You'll Do

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a DTC environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Adobe Commerce.
- Experience with GA4 analytics and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in product management and UX design is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B commerce.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools like SolidWorks and Mastercam.
