About the Role

We are seeking a Director of AI & Marketing Automation - Remote to join our dynamic team at Patriot Holdings. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies through innovative AI solutions and automation technologies. As the Director, you will architect and operate the technology infrastructure that powers marketing, investor acquisition, and property demand generation across Patriot Holdings.

What You'll Do

• Lead the automation and AI systems architecture for marketing initiatives.
• Own the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Design scalable workflows for marketing campaigns and outreach, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Integrate AI tools and automation platforms across the organization to streamline processes.
• Oversee website infrastructure and technical SEO performance to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Manage data enrichment and outbound intelligence processes to support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Chief Growth Officer to align strategies and objectives.
• Drive AI adoption and internal enablement across teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Continuously improve the marketing technology stack and integrations to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Architect solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing systems and automation engineering.
• Expertise in automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• Proven experience in building automation workflows, API integrations, and system architectures.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern workflows.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into scalable systems.
