About the Role
Corcept Therapeutics is seeking a Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Specialist - Customer Experience (Remote) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will support strategy, development, and execution of marketing automation and customer experience initiatives for our endocrinology products. This is a contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the advancement of healthcare solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide the integration of marketing automation technologies that enhance customer strategy and promotional execution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and their integration with digital channels to optimize effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee execution of comprehensive marketing automation strategies to support market growth.
- Identify and disseminate best practices for journey orchestration and digital channels across marketing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to execute innovative omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the Content Review Committee to ensure timely review and approval of marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with agency partners and execute priority tactics to ensure timely delivery during product launches.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for audience engagement and market traction, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing dynamics and marketing automation tools.
- Proven ability to execute complex marketing initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning initiatives and automated deployment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing email delivery and automation, website assembly, and digital media optimization.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements impacting marketing materials.
- Understanding of data governance requirements including CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR.
