About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while optimizing impactful Google Ads campaigns for high-value clients. What You'll Do

• Optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns for high-value customers.
• Develop keyword strategies, bids, and budget recommendations.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive results.
• Turn data into insights that directly impact campaign success.
• Collaborate with global clients to manage meaningful advertising budgets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Google Ads experience (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with good Excel skills.
• Experience in online advertising & optimization.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Search, Display & YouTube advertising.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.

What We Offer

• €23,000 gross annual base salary.
• €3,240 yearly language bonus.
• €7.63/day meal allowance (net).
