We are hiring a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will focus on optimizing advertising performance for a global video streaming platform, utilizing data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Optimize and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize Google Ads and related tools to enhance advertising strategies.
• Conduct thorough market research and performance analysis to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met.
• Deliver insights based on data trends to drive marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1–C2) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, market research, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
