About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. As a German-speaking professional, you will play a crucial role in optimizing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise in Google Ads to drive performance. What You'll Do

• Optimize and improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Work hands-on with Google Ads to drive results and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Support advertisers with campaign strategy and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Fluent/native level in German.
• Minimum B2 level in English.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with Ads tools, Digital Marketing, Market Research, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and optimization skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory.

• Experience in performance marketing.
