About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Communication Specialist to join our team at Société Générale. As a Digital Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our internal and external communication efforts.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement internal digital communication strategies.
• Create engaging communication materials such as internal videos, presentations, and newsletters.
• Write compelling content for social media and internal communications.
• Update and maintain our websites and intranet with relevant content.
• Support colleagues in utilizing social media effectively and provide coaching.
• Coordinate digital communication aspects with other teams, including Private Banking and Innovation.
• Organize and manage internal and external events, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Monitor social media trends and compile relevant KPIs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1) and French.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design and video editing tools.
• Strong writing skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Creative, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in digital communication or event management is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of video production and editing.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and analysis.
