We are seeking a Digital Business Services Partner to join our dynamic team at Gewiss. As a Digital Business Services Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation initiatives and enhancing our customer service processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead innovative projects and coordinate support activities within Sales and Customer Service.
• Configure business applications including ERP and CRM systems to meet organizational needs.
• Gather business requirements and identify suitable application solutions.
• Draft functional and process analyses, focusing on product sales, distribution, invoicing, and post-sales technical support.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions and digital transformation projects.
• Participate in corporate development and reorganization projects with international impact.
• Propose innovations to streamline application solutions supporting business processes.
• Validate implemented solutions and empower users to effectively utilize released applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP SAP analyst, specifically in the SD module.
• Knowledge of customer service processes and post-sales technical support using MS Dynamics CRM and SAP.
• Preferred knowledge of SAP TR, PM, PS, DMS modules.
• Experience managing processes with complementary solutions to ERP systems (e.g., web portals/services).
• Degree in management engineering, computer science, economics, or equivalent (candidates with different educational backgrounds but relevant seniority will be considered).
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to seek and promote change/innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in structured environments.
• Determination to achieve results and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally abroad to company branches.
