Digital Account Manager - English Market (Remote Opportunity)
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the English market. What You'll Do
- Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction by collecting and sharing feedback to improve services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to identify new opportunities.
- Develop account strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
- Handle client concerns swiftly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Research client objectives and market trends to provide insightful recommendations.
- Spot optimization and growth opportunities to enhance client campaigns.
- Present tailored digital advertising solutions to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Keep accurate records and updates in the CRM, working towards revenue and performance targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C2 level).
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, or account management.
- Comfortable managing client relationships and achieving targets.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and goal-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Knowledge of market trends in digital advertising.
