Design Engineer - Remote Position at Resend

About the Role

We are looking for a Design Engineer remote to help evolve the Resend website, product, and brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with refined taste and a passion for design. At Resend, we believe that code is a tool for designers to solve problems, just like Figma. We want to work with experienced individuals who can take on any challenge and solve it at speed and scale.

What You'll Do

• Explore designs in Figma and translate them into web-native experiences.
• Build complex and interactive UI web/app experiences.
• Prototype ideas quickly to test concepts and push the product forward.
• Translate customer requests into effective solutions.
• Jump into the code to polish and improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate your ideas.
• Experience with modern design tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with web technologies and coding.
• Experience in creating high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Raycast, Retool, and Notion.
• Background in B2B SaaS products.
• Passion for building in the open and creating for everyone.
