Dental Field Sales Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Dental Field Sales Intern to join our team at Henry Schein. This remote internship offers you the chance to be the face of our organization, introducing our wide range of healthcare products to dental professionals in Wisconsin. As a Dental Field Sales Intern, you will engage with dentists, promote educational courses, and gather valuable insights to enhance our offerings.

What You'll Do

• Conduct face-to-face calls on 15-20 dental offices per day to promote Henry Schein’s offerings.
• Generate leads to pass along to Field Sales Consultants and encourage meetings with them.
• Gather data to input into Salesforce Dental profiles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in training classes and events as directed, enhancing your sales skills and product knowledge.
• Co-travel with Field Sales Consultants and service technicians to gain hands-on experience.
• Plan and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the dental sector.
• Maintain communication with the Regional General Manager to align on goals and strategies.
• Develop and manage a specific target list of prospects to maximize outreach.

Requirements

• Must have completed at least 1 semester of a sales course.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and multi-task effectively.
• Former sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
