Demand Generation Manager - Remote

About the Role

Steer is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will drive our inbound marketing efforts and help transform the automotive repair industry with innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing demand generation strategies that convert leads into a qualified pipeline for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Own the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, CRM, and content to generate leads.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel by refining landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows within HubSpot.
  • Run continuous experiments to test offers, messaging, channels, and formats, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Produce engaging content that resonates with shop owners, including videos, case studies, and educational guides.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assess lead quality and align campaigns with real-world objections.
  • Track and report on key metrics using HubSpot dashboards to measure leads generated, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline lift.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
  • Expert-level skills in HubSpot, with a proven track record of managing funnels and automated workflows.
  • B2B SaaS experience, with a history of meeting pipeline targets.
  • Solid experience with Meta, Google Ads, and CRM marketing channels.

  • Experience in the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong copywriting skills for high-conversion messaging.
