Delivery Manager (Oracle CPQ) - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Delivery Manager (Oracle CPQ) remote to join our dynamic team at Nagarro. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project governance and execution, ensuring that our solutions not only meet client expectations but also drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do

• Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms.
• Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the project team.
• Support the local business team during UAT, ensuring sign-off and managing issue resolution cadence.
• Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts for smooth adoption.
• Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
• Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects/programs.
• Experience with managing global stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools.
• Experience with projects where Oracle CPQ module was implemented.
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with change management processes.
• Knowledge of additional digital tools and platforms.
