What You'll Do

• Participate in a 3-4 month intensive training program focused on developing core technical skills necessary for data engineering.
• Master relational and non-relational databases, APIs, and programming languages such as Python, Pandas, and SQL.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using tools like Kafka, Airflow, and Apache Spark.
• Work on real-world client projects, applying your skills to solve practical data challenges.
• Receive mentorship from senior engineers to guide your technical development and professional growth.
• Contribute to data solutions that support organizational decision-making.
• Engage in continuous learning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of six months of programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, SQL, C, C#, JavaScript, or R.
• Strong logical reasoning and effective communication skills.
• A willingness to relocate anywhere within the continental United States.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to Have

• Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, insurance, or technology.
