About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends in recruitment metrics and job market data.

What You'll Do

  • Build interactive dashboards with Tableau or Power BI for stakeholder reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize candidate matching and placement strategies.
  • Conduct data quality checks and generate actionable insights for ed-tech and recruitment campaigns.
  • Utilize SQL querying and database management skills to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis; freshers with strong projects/internships encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Excel; experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • US work authorization preferred; H1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
