About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst Lead to own analytics across our growth and product surface areas. This Data Analyst Lead remote position is integral to our success, as you’ll partner closely with growth marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to define success metrics, reconcile data across systems, and turn messy inputs into clear, trusted insights.
What You’ll Do

- Partner deeply with growth marketing teams operating at scale to measure channel performance, attribution, funnels, and cohort behavior.
- Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources (e.g., marketing platforms, analytics tools, internal systems) to establish a reliable source of truth.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting that drive both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.
- Define and standardize core metrics, naming conventions, and data definitions used across teams.
- Lead complex analyses including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experiment evaluation, and trend investigation.
- Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide other analysts as the team grows, raising the bar for analytical rigor, clarity, and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Significant experience partnering with growth marketing teams at scale (paid, organic, lifecycle, or multi-channel growth).
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large, imperfect datasets.
- Proven experience reconciling data across multiple tools and platforms, and identifying discrepancies, gaps, and data quality issues.
- Fluency with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, GA, or similar).
- Ability to independently scope projects, prioritize work, and drive analyses from question to insight.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting findings to leadership.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and minimal bureaucracy.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing or evaluating attribution models.
- Background in consumer products, media, or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience building or influencing analytics infrastructure and instrumentation decisions.
What We Offer
- Health care (100% coverage).
- Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Second Parent Leave (salary maintained at 100%).
- Vacation days: 8-9 weeks (total) per year.
- 5 weeks of paid time off (by the state); 1-2 additional weeks (RTT, based on our company contract); ~11 bank holidays.
- Relocation support including help with visa processes and French lessons.
This Data Analyst Lead position at AMO offers a unique opportunity to shape analytics for growth in a vibrant Paris office. Enjoy generous vacation and relocation support.
