Data Analyst - Data Strategy and Intelligence (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Data Analyst - Data Strategy and Intelligence to join our team at Turnberry Solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing insights into company data, enhancing data governance, and delivering tailored solutions for specific data challenges.

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and operating within SAP to ensure data integrity.
• Review and analyze supplier and customer documents to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Determine appropriate medical licenses based on required customer criteria.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned suppliers and customers, ensuring timely updates to customer accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet internal and external customer needs, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Review escalated issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate training for new team members and evaluate their progress.
• Partner with the business intelligence team to create and maintain comprehensive team reports.

Requirements

• Associates degree or higher preferred; GED/HS required.
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in modern ERP software (SAP and/or Oracle).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with complex Excel formulas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor-specific deadlines.
• Experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is crucial.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 340B HRSA, NPI, HIBCC, and GLN websites for license and account verification.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics solutions.
