Cybersecurity SIEM Expert - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Cybersecurity SIEM Expert to join our dynamic team at Emetel. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of becoming a national reference in cybersecurity. What You'll Do

• Generate use cases and create rules for SIEM systems.
• Integrate sources, parse, and normalize data.
• Respond to incidents effectively and efficiently.
• Provide technical mentoring for N1/N2 levels.
• Generate internal service metrics and KPIs.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Level 3 SIEM.
• Proficiency in one or more SIEM technologies: Qradar, Sentinel, Splunk, or Arcsight.
• Official certification in SIEM technology is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity incident response.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security standards.
• Knowledge of network security protocols.
