About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager remote to join our innovative team at QA Wolf. Our mission is to eliminate every software bug in the world, and we are looking for someone who can help us achieve that goal. As a Customer Success Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with our automated testing solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 20–25 customers, overseeing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Understand customer goals and workflows to drive outcomes and long-term value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on QA and automated testing best practices.
  • Create and execute success plans that clearly link product usage to business impact.
  • Build and maintain alignment with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify risks early, handle objections, and manage escalations with clarity and urgency.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to share feedback and improve the customer experience.
  • Own forecasting, renewals, and expansion opportunities across your accounts.
  • Deliver against targets for Net and Gross Dollar Retention (NDR/GDR).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Executive in a technical SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in managing full-lifecycle relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of driving retention and growth.
  • Ability to engage VP- and C-level stakeholders, particularly in Product, Engineering, and QA.
  • Thrives in early-stage startups where adaptability and initiative are key.
  • Strategic thinker who connects product value to customer business outcomes.

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and drive improvements.
