About the Role

GetResponse is hiring a Customer Success Advisor (Bilingual English & Polish) remote to join their dedicated Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success through effective communication and support. This is a full-time remote position based in Poland, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our clients' experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Polish to assist a diverse clientele.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they understand our platform and its features.

Requirements

• Fluent and efficient communication skills in both English and Polish in a professional work environment.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS products or digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
