We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels. Your role will be crucial in identifying customer needs and researching existing issues to provide strategic solutions. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a related field, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
  • Ability to multi-task and tailor responses to meet specific customer needs.
  • Comfortable working with computers and adapting to new systems.
  • Good phone etiquette including pace, tone, voice quality, and grammar.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a BPO environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service tools and software.
  • Additional language skills.
