About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at TDCX. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in customer service, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management skills and a motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task and tailor responses based on customer information.
  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy towards customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and software.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the supporting market.
