Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote to join our team at RevCycle. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing inquiries related to billing and insurance. What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and written communication.
• Manage billing and insurance inquiries effectively.
• Exceed Key Performance Indicators with minimal management guidance.
• Work full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
• Utilize strong communication skills to assist customers in navigating their healthcare needs.
• Maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive personal information.
• Demonstrate professional judgment and client business acumen.
• Overcome patient objections and negotiate payments when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and navigate multiple computer applications.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding is a plus.
• Self-motivated and reliable in a work-from-home environment.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Prior supervisory experience is welcome.
