What You'll Do

• Provide the highest level of customer service through chat, email, and phone interactions.
• Assist patients using medical equipment, ensuring they receive the support they need.
• Handle incoming calls and meet targets set by customers and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2).
• Experience in medical projects or a keen interest in diabetes-related topics is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic personality with a desire to help others.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
