About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care / Technical Support Associate to join our team. This remote opportunity allows you to assist customers across various domains, including hosting, email, and telecom services. As a Customer Care / Technical Support Associate, you will handle queries via chat, email, and voice, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for domain, hosting, DNS, name servers, SSL, cPanel/Plesk.
- Troubleshoot issues such as DNS delays, website downtime, WordPress setup, and email failures.
- Assist customers with device setup, activation, billing, and account concerns.
- Escalate complex problems while maintaining SLA, compliance, and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer experience across chat, email, and voice channels.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Familiarity with telecom/mobile services is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in customer support roles is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IT & Network Engineering.
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
- Certifications in customer service or technical support.
