About the Role
Join Spring Health as a Customer Advocacy Director in this exciting remote position. What You'll Do
- Own the customer advocacy strategy end-to-end, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders.
- Produce compelling case studies and proof points that demonstrate our impact on mental health outcomes.
- Build and scale a reference program that matches customers with prospects effectively.
- Identify and cultivate customer champions who can advocate for our services at industry events.
- Drive the annual customer awards program, recognizing exceptional outcomes achieved by our clients.
- Manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) strategy, facilitating valuable feedback for product development.
- Activate customers to participate in regional events, enhancing networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into our go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or success within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling customer programs with measurable ROI.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Strategic leadership capabilities to influence priorities across teams.
- Operational excellence in managing complex projects and agency partners.
- Familiarity with advocacy platforms and experience in HR tech is a plus.

- Experience managing a Customer Advisory Board or similar engagement programs.
