Customer Advisor for Retirement Services - Remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Advisor for Retirement Services to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with essential information about their retirement plans. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with clients will be key to ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from individuals regarding their complementary retirement contracts.
• Provide general information about products and services offered by our client, including guarantees and benefits.
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and the options available to them.
• Update client information in our systems accurately and efficiently.
• Guide clients in using online services and resolving technical issues related to digital platforms.
• Identify complex client needs and direct them to specialized advisors for further assistance.

Requirements

• Strong listening and empathy skills.
• Adaptability, learning ability, and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A previous experience in retirement services or call centers is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a 15-day training program.
