Crypto Media Ops & Client Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Crypto Media Ops & Client Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support client-facing communications, manage podcast scheduling, and assist with internal operations and light sales support. Working on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across podcasts, events, partnerships, and outbound initiatives. This is an execution and support role where your organizational skills will be key to keeping systems, timelines, and communications running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day client and partner communications under leadership guidance.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups to ensure clear, professional communication with clients and partners.
• Manage podcast scheduling by reaching out to guests and coordinating availability with the recording team.
• Construct scripts for short-form content based on a standard template and adapt existing long-form content into concise scripts.
• Assist the leadership team with maintaining company-wide task trackers and timelines, ensuring tasks are updated and followed up on.
• Collect guest, client, and partner information via Google Sheets, ensuring completeness and organization before recordings or events.
• Compile contact information for the sales team to reach out to, maintaining simple prospect lists in spreadsheets.
• Support operational workflows and basic process improvements, ensuring internal teams have the information they need.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to research and accurately source contact information online.
• Experience in Crypto or supporting operations, media, or events is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity without over-reliance.
