About the Role
We are seeking a talented Corporate Paralegal to join our team at Paxos. This Corporate Paralegal remote position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of transforming the financial infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations and ensuring compliance across various projects.
What You'll Do
- Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements.
- Manage legal entity formation and governance, becoming an expert on Paxos’s international corporate structure.
- Oversee Paxos’ legal operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Build organizational systems to enhance the productivity of our Legal team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience.
- Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects.
