About the Role

We are seeking a talented Contract Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Information Systems Security Manager to join our remote team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our information systems security management practices. What You'll Do

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems security management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CAP are preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in risk management and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software security assessment and static application security testing (SAST).
• Familiarity with incident response and infrastructure defense strategies.
• Background in educational technology or manufacturing workforce development.
