• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes.
• Engage with diverse talent pools to promote an inclusive hiring culture.
• Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the talent market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates across various industries.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and recruiting technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with data analysis and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
• A passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
