Continuous Improvement Engineer - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at MinebeaMitsumi Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements in manufacturing and business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. This Continuous Improvement Engineer remote position supports the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects across production and support departments.
• Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools.
• Work cross-functionally to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report progress on CI initiatives to management.
• Provide training and support to staff on CI tools and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in tools like Tableau, Excel, or similar statistical software.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management software.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes in the electronics industry.
